David millers world record making century

Hi this is tanim from frenzyweb360.Today I am going to discuss about south Africa's batsman David miller's world record making brilliant century against Bangladesh. The 2nd T20 between Bangladesh and South Africa was played in potchefstroom, Mangaung oval.

Bangladesh's captain Shakib al hasan won the toss and put south Africa into bat.The wicket was very flat.It was batting friendly wicket.Bangladesh started brilliantly.They picked up 2 wickets inside the powerplay.But then the dangerous Ab de Villiers was looking very good.But he also got out.South Africa were 78 for 3 down after 10 overs.So they were in a spot of bother.Then David miller came into bat with Hashim amla.The first ball that Miller faced it was a sharp bouncer from Rubel.Miller got some glab into it and mushfiq caught it.But at the last moment he dropped the catch.So miller was very lucky indeed.Who would have that he would utilize this luck and go on to make an outstanding hundred.Miller and Amla made a 79 runs partnership. This partnership brought South Africa in the match and put them in a good position. Miller was the aggresser in this partnership.Then Hashim amla got out but miller did not stop. He kept on going and continue to play his shots.He got to his fifty from just 23 balls.Then the biggest nightmare came for Bangladesh and Saifuddin in the 19 th over.This over made David miller very special. He hit 5 sixes in a row and took 31 run in that over.He was very close to join Yuvraj singh who hit six sixes in a over.Finally he got to his hundred from just 35 balls which is a world record. This is the fastest T20 international hundred and David miller is the owner of it.Before this record belonged to a another South African Richard Levi.He took 45 balls to get to his hundred. Gris Gayle also scored hundred from 30 balls.But that was in IPL.Doing it in international cricket is great honour for David miller.He ended up scoring 101 runs from 36 balls remaining not out.

Miller hit 9 fours and 7 sixes in his innings. So he scored almost 80% of his runs from boundary. Miller also scored a hundred from Just 38 balls for king xi eleven Punjab in tha IPL. So miller is the only batsman who scored 2 hundreds below 40 balls which is quite remarkable. But the 19 th over made his innings very special.Hitting 5 sixes in an over is not easy.It was quite outstanding. Young saifuddin was under lots of pressure. When miller hit 3 sixes all the senior players came to him advised him.But when miller is in this kind of dangerous mood a bowler is very helpless.Saifuddin tried all the options he could.He tried the slower balled yorker bouncer but none could work against miller.It was just great skill and pure quality. It was a wonderful exhibition of ball striking striking from miller.The crowd was highly entertained by his brilliant innings. It was just majestic from him.He made it look very simple.

David miller is also known as killer miller because of his deadly ball striking. He is one of the furious strikers of the cricket ball in world cricket.He just has this unique ability of striking the ball cleanly.when it's his day like this innings a bowler can just pray and hope not to get punished. No bowler in the world can stop him this much deadly he is.His T20 strike rate is 141.18 which is quite remarkable. Before this innings he had only one fifty.But this innings really made him special and took him to a new level.This innings will go down in the history books of world cricket.It will be hard for a any batsman to break this record. South African people will remember this innings for a long long time.
